Our Grief Recovery Program is a one-on-one online journey over eight weeks, designed to gently walk you through sorrow. Based on the internationally respected Grief Recovery Method®, this evidence-based approach has supported thousands across the globe for over 40 years. It’s not therapy. It’s not about revisiting your pain endlessly. It’s a practical, guided process to help you complete what feels unfinished—and reclaim your energy, clarity, and heart.

I know what it’s like to carry grief that doesn’t have a name.

I’ve walked through losses that didn’t come with a clear roadmap—like the heartbreak of divorce and the soul-deep sorrow of saying goodbye to my beloved dogs. Not all grief is loud or obvious. Some of it is slow and cumulative, invisible to others but heavy to carry.

In the mid-1990s, I experienced a six-year period of profound loss that reshaped the course of my life . That chapter brought me to my knees—but it also brought me to my calling.

When I discovered the Grief Recovery Method®, something clicked. For the first time, I was given a practical, heart-centered way to process my pain, heal the unfinished pieces, and finally feel emotionally complete.

Today, as an Advanced Online Grief Recovery Specialist, I guide people through all types of loss—whether recent or decades old, named or unspoken. Through our online one-on-one sessions, I hold space for those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to release the weight of what they've been carrying.

Grief is universal. And no matter what you’ve lost, your pain deserves acknowledgment. Your story matters. Your healing is possible.
